Hi, I'm Sarah Reece, the founder of Flourish Consulting.
I started Flourish over 15 years ago after seeing the need for training that was both practical and impactful—programs that not only tick the box but also deliver real change for people and organisations. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with thousands of people, helping them build confidence, improve performance, and create more engaged, resilient workplaces.
With over two decades of experience with designing and facilitating training, I've had the opportunity to gain an inside view of the challenges people face at every level of an organisation, and it’s why I focus on creating learning experiences that are relevant, easy to apply, and that make a lasting difference.
